26/11 Mumbai Attacks: Death penalty for Kasab

The only terrorist Ajmal Amir Kasab has been given Penaly of Death under 366 CPC for the Mumbai Attacks

--> Kasab found guilty of Mumbai Attacks
--> Honourable Judge M L Tahaliyani has awarded death sentence to Pakistani terrorist (Mumbai Attacks)

After announcing Dealth penalty for kasab, he broke into tears in court itself. Asked kasab to comment but left silent.

The penalty of death will be given after all legal proceedings.

Engineer Fedup with IRS: Federal Tax Building blown up by a Plan Crash

A Software Engineer who was furious with IRS (Internal Revenue Service) crashed his small plane into Austin Office building staying nearly about 200 federal tax employees on Thursday, officials said.

According US Law had identified the pilot as "Joseph Stack" whose home was already set on fire just before the plane crash and said investigators were looking at an anti-government message on the Web linked to him. The Web site outlines problems with the IRS and says violence "is the only answer".

By this fire accident a Glass Worker Turned upto be a Hero by saving 5 members one women and four men. "Robin Dehaven" a Glass Worker at Binswanger Glass had given an interview to Foxnews.com.

SA is now lead 2 match series with 1-0. 2nd Test match to be drawn for India to be in 1st Position which is going to held on Feb 14th-18th Played at Kolkata

Tried to Hack India's Computers by China: MK Narayanan

In a British Paper Quoating on Monday said that Chinese hackers had tried to penetrate computers of the offices of National Security Adviser (NSA) MK Narayanan.

He also said that on Dec 15th his office and other Government sectors were also targetted and also US defence, finance and technology companies, including Google also reported cyber attacks from China.

Narayanan said that Hackers had sent an E-Mail with a PDF format type attachement contains a Trojan Virus, which allows hackers to download and delete files from a system, which was detected by officials and alarmed everyone with not to log on until it was thrashed.

Chinese Government has replied for the statement and has denied any role in the attacks, said foreign ministry spokeswoman saying: "Hacking in whatever form is prohibited by law in China."

AP's CM Dr. Y S Rajasekhara Reddy’s (YSR) Chopper Found at Kurnool:

Parts of Helicopter found on hill.
No one found alive.
5 Dead bodies found under the parts of the Chopper..

AP's CM Dr. Y S Rajasekhara Reddy’s (YSR) Chopper Located:

A spokesman of Air Force Said that YSR's chopper has been located on top a hill at a distance of 40 nautical miles east of Kurnool. He, however, did not confirm if the chopper crashed.

Andhra Pradesh CM's Chopper Missing

In India, Andhra Pradesh's Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy’s Chopper went missing since 9.35am. AP CM Rajasekhara Reddy left Hyderabad on a Chopper at 8.35am this morning (Wednesday) for Chittoor accompanied by his secretary and chief security officer but after 9.35am radio contact was lost with the government helicopter.

Andhra Pradesh finance minister A Rosaiah said that search for the CM's Chopper there were Several helicopters- Indian Air Force, state govt and private helicopters, are involved in search operations

Just a short while ago (3.10pm), Karnool SP B L Meena, had, however, told The Times of India that the chief minister’s chopper had been located and a police team was going to escort him back to Hyderabad. The chopper had landed in Pamalupudu village in Karnool district, the SP said.

A 96-yr-old of Indian origin, Randall Butisingh was awarded with the world's oldest blogger. It was launched on 1999 as an attempt to encourage the world's senior citizens to overcome their distrust of computers.

He was the only one among the senior bloggers to type and post his own blog.

A Final Tribute to Micheal Jackson - At Los Angeles's Staples Center:

Michael Jackson's memorial started in Los Angeles's Staples Center by reading the condolences message by South African president and anti-apartheid icon Nelson Mandela, and singer Diana Ross.



Michael who died on 25th June, had met withe Nelson Mandela on several occasions was very close to Ross, even naming her as a back-up guardian for his children.

"Michael was a giant and a legend in the music industry. And we mourn with the millions of fans worldwide," read the message from Mandela.

Micheal Jackson - A Pop Star died in Los Angeles:

Pop Star Micheal Jackson has died at 50 on Thursday and was confirmed by the spokesman. It is a very sad news for all pop star lovers.

Lieutenant Fred Corral Spokesman of Jackson, 50, was pronounced dead at 2:26 pm (2126 GMT) local time after reportedly suffering a cardiac arrest.

The spokes man said "I can tell you at this time that we were notified by West Los Angeles Police Department detectives that Mr Jackson was transported ... to the hospital, and upon admitting, he was unresponsive and was pronounced dead at approximately 2:26 this afternoon," Corral said.

Jackson was born on August 29, 1958, and started is career with a business show debut with four of his older brothers in the Jackson Five pop group, and went on to lead the stage clan with a piping soprano and dazzling dance moves. And signed a contract with Motown Records in 1969, becoming one of the last great acts to emerge from the legendary label.

A Breakthrough album as a composer and co-producer, "Thriller," which became the top-selling album of all time, with sales exceeding 41 million.

Satyam Bidding Completed : Tech Mahindra wins bidding

In satyam bidding process, the three huge companies Tech Mahindra, Engineering L&T, and Wilbur Ross had particpated in the bidding, on Monday. According to Times Now report Tech Mahindra had won in satyam bid with by paying Rs 1757 cr and 31% stake in Satyam. Tech Mahindra will pay Rs 58 Per share, and L&T had offer to pay of 49 Rs per share.

Spice Corp did not submitted bid for satyam as there is no E-Auction.

Shoe thrown on Chidambaram, by a Journalist

As the finiancial Minister P. Chidambaram addressing to the press on 1984 anti-Sikh riots case protesting against CBI's clean chit to senior Congress Leader Jagdish Tytler, a Journalist thrown a shoe on to him. The shoe however missed him.

The Journalist from Hindi daily Dainik Jagran, Jarnail Singh, was taken away by police.
