Nuts cuts risk of heart diseases

Spanish researchers found that, Handful of nuts eating a day for a year and along with in fruits, vegetables and fish might help to decrease risk factors for heart diseases

Nuts which helps to increases the body's ability to burn fat, said by lead author Jordi Salas-Salvado of the University of Rovira i Virgili in Reus, Spain.

Also added that "Nuts could have an effect on metabolic syndrome by multiple mechanisms," Salas-Salvado said. Nuts are rich in anti-inflammatory substances, such as fiber, and antioxidants, Vitamin E and also high in unsaturated fat, a healthier fat known to lower blood triglycerides and increase good cholesterol.

A 2yr Old Sonu brought out dead from the borewell

A 2yr Old Sonu, who fell into a 150-ft deep borewell which was carelessly left uncovered by district authorities in Shamsabad town in Agra. Army and paramilitary personnel and also locals joined in digging a parallel tunnel soon after the incident on Thursday in Lehrakapura village. But after 4 days struggle, a lifeless body of two-year-old Sonu was on Monday pulled out by rescue workers. This was the second incident in the district.

Most selling tech books are two "C" Language Books

The first is the Object Oriented Programming with C++' by E Balaguruswamy and 'Let us C solutions' by Yashwant P Kanetkar were considered the most selling books in the last month. "Let us C solutions" is contains of some problems in "C" programming language and its solution, while the other one consists with "C++" language in a detailed manner.

Stampede in Rajasthan temple killed 40, injured 150

At least 10 people were killed and about 150 were injured in major stampede at Rajasthan Temple "Chamunda Devi" at Jodhpur due to the start of Navaratra festival on Tuesday. Out off 40 Dead, 30 were brought to Mahatma Gandhi Hospital and the other 10 were sent to Mathura Das Hospital.

Devotees were in huge number especially women gather at the temple from early on Tuesday morning in view of the Navratra festival starting from today.

Warns of more attacks from Indian Mujahideen:
After claiming responsibility for the blasts in Jaipur and Ahmedabad ,Indian Mujahideen has now claimed that they are behind the serialblasts in Delhi. A five minutes before the first blast in Gaffar Market in Karol Bagh, the terror outfit sent an email to media houses, saying “Indian Mujahideen strikes back once more.”

Serial Blasts in Delhi killed 30 and 90 injured:
Minimum 30 people were killed and 90 injured on 5 serial low-intensity bombs blast in crowded places across Delhi on Saturday evening.The blasts took place in 5 places, Karol Bagh, Connaught Place, Greater Kailash-I and Barakhamba Road in a span of 20 minutes. Four more bombs found at India Gate, Regal cinema & Central Park which were defused.

Terror Email sent from Mumbai’s Khalsa College:
The state Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) on Sunday traced the e-mail which was sent to a media house by people claiming to belong to the Indian Mujahideen to the WiFi network of Matunga’s Khalsa College of Arts, Science and Commerce. The email had been sent at 7.05 pm on Saturday.

Bangalore city was struck with seven serial blasts around the busy junctions of the city. Two people are reportedly killed and twenty injured. The areas struck by the blasts are Madiwala, Kormangla, Adugudi, Nayandahalli, Mysore Road, Hosur Road.

Defence attache Brig R.D. Mehta and Counsellor V. Venkateswara Rao who were in the car, were killed on the spot along with Indo-Tibetan Border Police guards Ajai Pathania and Roop Singh. Rao was flung over the roof.
