Gave Birth to Baby during trans-Atlantic flight to Boston

A Baby Born during Northwest Airlines Flight when it was en route from the Netherlands to the United States, which made to pick up a Extra Passenger.

On Wednesday during the eight-hour flight from Amsterdam, a Won gave birth to an healthy baby girl, said by the Phil Orlandella, a spokesman for Logan International Airport in Boston.

The Woman was assisted by a Doctor and a Paramedic who were on the flight and both were immediately taken to Massachusetts General Hospital.

Fire at Bangkok Nightclub - 54 dead:

At least 54 people were killed in a Fire accident took place at a nightclub in the Thai capital Bangkok early on Thursday as people were celebrating New Year, a local administration official said.

The Fire took place at Santika club, a popular entertainment area for locals and foreigners, in the city's Ekkamai district said Vallop Janthorn, a metropolitan fire coordination official.

"The fire is under control and police are investigating to find out the cause. At least 54 people are confirmed dead and the toll could rise," Vallop said.

Satyam demanded for apology from World Bank

India's fourth largest Software Company Satyam Computer Services has demanded apology and to withdraw the statements and harm done to the company by world Bank. But World Bank has refused to apologise about the allegations which made earlier against the company.

A World Bank spokesman in Washington said that the Bank stands by the statement issued on its India website on 23rd December.

The Bank said that, "Satyam was declared ineligible for contracts for providing improper benefits to Bank staff and for failing to maintain documentation to support fees charged for its subcontractors." and also the shares in Satyam Software Services also fell down after the Bank said that it(satyam) was banned for 8 years from business.

Satyam banned by World Bank for 8 years

India's Fourth Largest IT company Satyam Computer Services has been banned by World Bank said by a Fox News report. The report admits that a senior World Bank official admitting that Satyam has been barred from all business at the bank for eight years.

World Bank debarment has been meted out for "improper benefits to bank staff" and "lack of documentation on invoices," according to Fox News report.

Terrorist may enter through Bangladesh Border - by Intelligence

First, confirmation that the Mumbai terrorists used SIMs bought illegally in Kolkata. Then, reports of HuJI operatives planning strikes in Bengal. And now, specific intelligence inputs that an eight-man hit team, including HuJI terrorists from Pakistan and KLO militants, has sneaked into the state through the Bangladesh border.

The alert has come from the Subsidiary Intelligence Branch (SIB), which passed on the information to the state's intelligence unit. The state IB top brass on Thursday informed home secretary Ashok Mohan Chakrabarti about the threat.

"India and US jointly trying to cripple ISI" - Pak Media

Pakistan's English-language newspapers reported that ISI had been cleared that ISI has no involvement in the Mumbai terrorist attacks by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).

According to Karachi-based Dawn, quoting diplomatic sources, FBI agents interrogated Ajmal Kasab, the lone surviving terrorist for nine hours in Mumbai. They concluded that he was a Pakistan national but ISI was not involved.

2,000 jobs in 2009 by Bank of Baroda

India's leading public sector bank, Bank of Baroda has plans to expand in india and outside the country to recruit another 2000 employees in span of 2008-09, said by CMD M D Mallya said in London on Tuesday.

Abhishek, Aishwarya Rai singing and acting in Mani Ratnam's flick

Mani Ratnam's latest movie "Raavana" which is again pairing both Abhishek and Aishwarya Rai. This time they are also singing a song for the film Raavana, which is composed by A R Rahman.

Actually the song was composed for Mani Ratnam's project "Lajjo", but dont know what went wrong with "Lajjo", in the movie Lajjo a stunning cast Aamir Khan and Kareena Kapoor who paired opposite each other for the first time, Rahman wanted Kareena and Aamir to sing, but the project was abandoned.

Since the movie got abandoned, Rahman is now using that song for ‘Raavana’ and will get Ash and Abhi to sing.

‘Raavana’ is a big film by Mani Ratnam and he is repeating his favourite actors after the successful "Guru".

The movie is being made both in Tamil and Hindi language. In the Tamil version Vikram is paired opposite Aishwarya.

A strong message from Obama on Terrorism

US president-elect Barack Obama said that he is planning to send a strong message to the whole world on how his new administration will be "unyielding in stamping out the terrorist extremism we saw in Mumbai". He also has plans to travel to the capital of an Islamic nation to make a "major speech"

Today Mumbai terrorist Kasab to be produced in Court

Mohammed Ajmal Amir Kasab, a terrorist in mumbai terror attacks was arrested and was in custody which ends today and police registered 12 cases against him in mumbai terror attacks.

Ajmal, the sole terrorist of the group of ten to be arrested, has been in police custody since November 27 and has been kept in an undisclosed location since.

Joint Commissioner of Police (Crime) Rakesh Maria said that Kasab will be produced today at magistrate's court at the Esplanade Court house in south Mumbai.

Added to this "We have booked Ajmal under sections like murder, attempt to murder, waging war against the nation, conspiracy and relevant sections of the Arms Act and Explosives Act," Maria Said.

Warning of "unintended consequences" for Pak by US

US warns Pakistan of 'unintended consequences', if they did not act against the "non-state actors" who took the territory to stage attacks in Mumbai, US today said that it was working hard to verify what Islamabad was actually doing against such elements.

"... I think we have to be concerned because it's obviously a time of great outrage in India. And what I emphasised was that this was a threat to both Pakistan and India these terrorists," Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice said in an interview to the National Public Radio.

Congress Party is made his stability in 3 states Rajasthan, Mizoram and Delhi, Where as the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has been able to hold for 2 states Madhya Pradesh and Chattisgarh.

In Rajasthan,Vasundhara Raje government, the Congress won 96 seats while the BJP got 78 and BSP six. Independents have won 14 seats while others account for six, including one of Samajwadi Party.

In Capital Delhi, Shiela Dikshit romped home with 42 seats in the 70-member Assembly, leaving BJP far behind with 23 seats and BSP won two seats.

In Mizoram, winning 29 of the 40 seats.

New CM of Maharashtra - Ashok Chavan

Finally the Congress party had decided to nominate Ashok Chavan as the Chief Minister of Maharashtra to replace Vilasrao Deshmukh who has tendered his resignation in the wake of Mumbai terror attacks.

The CWC has nominated Ashok Chavan as the leader of the Congress Legislative Party.

Panic at Delhi international airport at Early Morning

In the early morning on Friday 5th December at the Indira Gandhi International Airport in New Delhi after Two sharp sounds were heard from Gate Number 4 of the airport.

But after that, Udayan Bannerjee, DIG of Central Industrial Security Force, told television channel NDTV that everything was normal.

Security forces have been tightened at the airport since Wednesday night after it was put on High Red Alert in the wake of intelligence reports that terrorists of Pakistan or Afghanistan origin may strike by this weekend ahead of the anniversary of demolition of Babri Masjid.

Terrorists Attack Police at Hyderabad

Today at around 1’ O clock in Santosh Nagar Chourastha (I.S.Sadan). 2 Police men saw a terrorist Vikaruddin who was claimed in bomb blast in Masjid, and tried to catch him, then other 3 terroirst who saw the policemen started firing on police. Both the Police Head constable Ramaraju and Jaffar who were injured in this attack. Both were taken to a near by Apollo DRDO Hospital, as the Hospital doesn't contains some equipement, Head constable Ramaraju was shifted to Apollo Hospital, Jublee Hills and Terrorists escaped from their.

The investigation is on and as per the police information, Vikaruddin is part of the DJS Cador. He is a resident of Malakpet. Along with Vikaruddin, there are three more terrorists.

England wants "commando protection"

England's tour of India is likely to go ahead if provides a presidential level security. The ECB has sent their security advisor Reg Dickason to Chennai, the venue of the first Test against India starting December 11 for preparing safety report information for touring of India.

The 1st & 2nd test original venue was - Ahmedabad and Mumbai but later changed to Chennai and Mohali following the terrorist strikes in Mumbai.

No Evidence of local support involved in the recent terror attacks: Mumbai Police Commissioner

Mumbai Police Commissioner Hasan Gafoor said that their is no such evidence of local support was involved in the recent terror attacks in Mumbai. The Police Chief said in Press Meeting "There were 10 terrorists divided in 5 groups, each group contianing 2 terrorists who had came from Karachi in boats and later hired taxis to reach their destinations and all of them came from pakistan and trained over a one year by ex-Army personnel".

And also said that they carried 5 bombs out which 2 exploded in taxis in Vile Parle and Dockayrd Road, another One bomb was placed inside Oberoi hotel, one near Taj hotel and also each terrorists had AK-47 riffle, one pistol, hand grenades, magazines and also detailed Map of targetted places.

According to PTI, Police Chief said that the main plan of the terrorists was to create sensation and panic in the city.
