Search giant Google has reveal the most searches for the entire of 2008, Bollywood actor Katrina Kaif is the most searched in India and "recession" in economic terms, "how to reduce weight" which is consider as the major concern in Indians, and Goa is Most searched destination place
Beijing Olympics and IPL are the fastest rising search terms in 2008.
Bollywood Actor Genelia D’souza of Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na fame was 7th on the list.
Mahatma Gandhi remained the who is the most popular politician, but interestingly Sarah Palin in third place was more "searched" than Obama who was spotted at fifth position.
Sania Mirza topped the sportstars leaving behind Sachin Tendulkar and MS Dhoni. The list includes Christiano Ronaldo, Roger Federer and John Cena.
