No doubt I'm proud to be Indian, but this is a hoax. UNESCO has not announced anything like this.And it is stupid to judge a National Anthem as best in the world!Each country will feel that theirs is the best. It is like we saying sare jahan se achha hindustan hamara. It is for us to feel like that. People of each country will feel theirs is the best. Don't waste your time and energy on frivolous thing like this!!

this is a god given anthem in the guise of rabindranath tagore i dont think that an anthem of such calibre can be written once again congratulations to unesco for the straight forwardness shown by declaring this as the best aanthem we can also be proud that there exist a unesco for the well being of all in this planet.

This is a hoax. As an Indian, I am just as proud of our National Anthem as any of my compatriot. But let's be logical. How is it even possible to compare national anthems of different countries? Had this information been accurate, it would be on the UNESCO website. But it isn't.
